Given that a computer has been connected to the ERB300H using an Ethernet
cable but the computer is unable to access the ERB300H GUI via web
browser.

 

Below are some simple troubleshooting steps that may resolve the issue:

 

1. Make sure that the Ethernet NIC on the laptop is enabled.

 

 

2. Oftentimes overlooked is checking the LAN status LED. If the LAN LED is
off, there is no communication via the Ethernet connection. The usual
culprit is a bad Ethernet cable.

 

 

3. Use another web browser.
